Hi! I'm Sarah.
It might not seem like it today, but not too many years ago I was just like you.
Burnt out, exhausted, trying to muster up the energy to parent my children who needed far more of me than there was to go around.
I was desperate for the kind of help that was always just out of reach. And now I offer that help to parents like you.
I have leaned into my neurospicy brain and have found that there are many ways that I can help families like yours.
Over the years I have expanded services and now offer specialized, trauma-informed support for families, legal professionals, and multidisciplinary teams navigating high-conflict or complex family transitions.
Those services weave together mental health expertise, communication training, mediation experience, and deep insight into the emotional systems that shape co-parenting dynamics.
Here's what two decades of this work looks like:
100+
parents supported across four continents
1,o00+
parents trained
10,000+

250+

I love this work because it allows me bear witness to people creating the lives they couldn't have ever have dreamt of.
And I'm here to help you do that too.
How I help:
Parenting Coordination
Child-centered conflict reduction, communication repair, and system building
Parenting Coordination helps separated or divorced parents move from conflict to cooperation creating predictable, child-focused systems that actually work.
My approach blends clinical expertise with family mediation principles to support parents in:
- Reducing tension and communication breakdowns
- Creating clear, sustainable co-parenting structures
- Resolving ongoing disputes with guidance and neutrality
- Protecting children from exposure to conflict
- Learning communication and emotional-regulation skills that make day-to-day parenting more manageable
This service is ideal for parents who feel stuck in recurring conflict or who need structured, ongoing support to create a calmer, more cooperative environment for their children.
When the cycle feels endless, this is where we break it.

Family Court Case Consultation
Insight, clarity, and strategy for complex family cases
I provide consultation to attorneys, corporate counsel, parents, and family evaluators involved in complex or high-conflict cases. My role is to help you see what's really happening beneath the surface the emotional, relational, and communication patterns that influence decision-making, risk, and outcomes.
Consultation may include:
- Reviewing interpersonal dynamics and communication systems
- Identifying risk factors, barriers, and areas of concern
- Helping legal teams understand the family patterns that shape behavior
- Providing trauma-informed insight into escalation, conflict, and relationship rupture
- Supporting parents in navigating the emotional intensity of litigation
My goal is simple: bring clarity and grounded, clinically informed perspective to cases where the emotional complexity matters just as much as the legal issues.
Because the best strategy starts with understanding what's really going on.
