Meet the Coaches

Sarah Salisott
Founder, Parent Coach, Parenting Coordinator
Hi, I’m Sarah Salisott.
Parent Educator, Certified Parent Coach, Parenting Coordinator, and founder of Salisott Parent Coaching & Certification.
I help parents who feel overwhelmed and out of options learn how to laugh more, yell less, and actually enjoy their kids again (yes, even on the hard days).
After parenting children with complex trauma and big behaviors, I spent thousands of hours learning what actually works—and now I teach it in ways that make sense for real families.
Whether I’m coaching grownups, training professionals, or dancing down the grocery aisle singing off-key, I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone, and that joy and chaos can live in the same home.

Sam WK
Parent Support Specialist, Autism Certified
Hello there, I’m Sam! I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t like, despite my dairy allergy, and I’m a lover of stories in all forms.
My four kids keep me busy but when I do have a moment of quiet, I tend to fill it with books, podcasts, and movies.
I have a certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders and a passion for all things neurodivergence. I believe deeply that with a focus on curiosity and compassion, caregivers can finally feel like they are on the same team as their kiddo!
I support families through play and silliness, while sharing the knowledge and tools to help them reach their goals.
While I may have worked for a magician in college, my passion for helping families enjoy time with each other is no trick!

Cynthia Flores
Especialista en Apoyo para Padres
¡Hola!

Alexandra Salisott, MSN- RN
Parent Support Specialist, T1 Diabetes
I’m Alexandra Salisott, MSN, RN-but please call me Alex.
I’m a proud parent of three neurodiverse kids, a nurse with a focus on diabetes care & education, and I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when I was three-years-old.
I have lived and grown through the tricky parts of healthcare, school, friendships, sports, and just real life with T1D.
With this experience, I now support parents as they navigate these complex systems with the goal of helping them feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
Before nursing, I spent 13 years as a funeral director, supporting families through grief and transition—an experience that continues to shape the care and compassion I bring to every part of my work.
When I’m not working, I’m either embroidering something fun or perfecting the art of a really good cup of coffee.
