Calm Within The Chaos
Every kid melts down, but as a parent, you don’t have to.Â
Calm Within the Chaos at Home is a series of workshops packed with practical tools, belly laughs, and effective parenting strategies for every age and stage.
Even if “peaceful” and “perfect” never describe your home, this on demand course will teach you strategies for finding calm moments so you can laugh more, yell less, and stay calm even when your child isn’t.Â
- Gain tools you need to start verbally de-escalating situations in your own home, while building a foundation for long-term effective communication.
- Develop strategies you can use at each level of your child’s emotional ups and downs.Â

Cultivating Connection
Early relationships have a profound impact on how children experience the world and relationships throughout their lives. When you join us for Cultivating Connection, you’ll learn more about how we form these connections as children so you can nurture healthy relationships.
- Gain a functional understanding of Attachment Theory and how children build bonds with their caregivers.
- Develop stronger communication skills so you can respond appropriately to your children’s needs.Â
- Gain greater self-awareness so you can recognize patterns in your communication and how they might affect your child’s sense of security.

Parenting with Purpose
Traditional punishment strategies just don’t work—and they never did. If you’re tired of constant conflicts—yelling, time-outs, and guilt, we can show you a better way. Join Parenting with Purpose to learn about the science of behavior and how to replace old-school punishment with effective discipline techniques that help your children grow. With a blend of instruction and group discussion based on real-life experiences, you’ll:
- Understand the core differences between punishment and discipline and why discipline works better for long-term behavior change.
- Learn to identify the root causes of misbehavior and how to address it constructively.
- Explore practical strategies to model the behavior you want to see, build stronger relationships, and meet your child’s unique needs.
Words From Sarah's Clients

M. Socker
I couldn’t ask for a better experience or coach to start me on a journey of rediscovering myself with relationships in so many areas. Every session I learned something new that I was excited to apply to my life! Sarah never criticized me in a way to where I needed to feel defensive. The opposite actually. I felt respected and educated as if I was a human being who deserved to be loved and to love properly.

A. Wink
I took the [Parenting with Purpose] class with Sarah and all I can say is WOW!
Being a foster parent and now an adoptive parent, I have been through countless training sessions, but this one was so different than any I had been to before. Â
She used relatable examples throughout and broke down complex ideas so we could understand they why behind things and joked the entire class. Â
Highly recommend!!!

- Level 1 certification is reserved for child-specific licenses only.Â
- Level 2 foster care is referred to as basic foster care. These applicants are required to provide 3 favorable references from non-related individuals.
- Level 3 certification is considered moderate treatment foster care, which is foster care that can provide additional supervision and care to children with higher needs than those in basic foster care.Â
